If none of our conference packages sound interesting to you, you can book all services separately. If the compiled value is lower than the cheapest flat rate “Classic”, we will charge you a room rent of 4 euros per sqm.

Provision of cold drinks (large bottles of table water and apple juice) in the meeting room – whole day: 15,50 Euro / in the meeting room -half day 9,50 Euro
Soft drinks in the room (2 small bottles) Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, juices: 7,50 Euro

Buns, cakes and desserts:
Two half sandwiches: 7,50 Euro
sandwiches / 3 pieces per person: 9 euros
Choice of cake- sheet cake / 2 pieces per person: 7 euros
Mini doughnuts, mini raisin buns, pretzel pastries, mini croissants / 2 pieces per person: 8 euros
Small desserts in glass (piece): 5,50 Euro

Finger food selection :
Tarte flambée, honey-melon boat with smoked ham, small quiche Lorriane, small spinach-cheese quiche, gazpacho in a glass, tomato-mozzarella skewers with basil pesto, fruit skewers, canapés -with smoked salmon,- with smoked ham-, bruschetta or cheese mini wraps (meat/fish/vegetarian): Piece 4,50 Euro

Prompt service and functional equipment are important prerequisites for a successful conference, which you will find with us as standard quality.
